INSTRUCTIONS FOR MANUSCRIPT PREPARATION TOME X – PROCEEDINGS VOLUME
Manuscripts will be prepared and send by e-mail. Extend of papers: Plenary lectures 10 or 12 pages, Scientific Communications 6 or 8 pages, Posters 4 or 6 pages (even – numbered pages).
FAXED COPIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Deadline of papers : November 1, 2010 - at the Symposium Secretariat.
The papers must be prepared in a Windows programme: Winword 6.0; Page Maker 6.5 (please DO NOT use Macintosh).
Page Setup: Paper Size A4 (210 x 297 mm); Margins: left, right 25 mm; top, bottom 25 mm. Numbering of pages will be made on the backside with a pencil.
Title in capital letters, bold, Arial, size 18, alignment center, without any abbreviations. The distance between title lines must be single (autoleading).
Authors:the name (s) of author (s) - small caps, Arial, size 12, bold. Omit degrees and titles, alignment center. For women give the entire first name, not only the initials. Use superscript numbers to indicate the persons from different institutes.
Address:department, faculty, university/institute, city, country - small caps, Arial, size 10, normal. In case of more institutes enumerate them in line. For the first author mention the detailed address, also e-mail.
Two single space distance then the word ABSTRACT in capital letters, bold, Arial, Size 14, at the distance of a Tab (15 mm). The text of the ABSTRACT no more than 10-15 lines, Arial, italic, size 12, in one paragraph. Key words: 3-6.
The paper must have the following headings: INTRODUCTION; MATERIALS AND METHODS; RESULTS AND DISCUSSIONS; CONCLUSIONS; REFERENCES. Size 14, bold, Arial, alignment center.
The text will be written with normal letters, size 12, Arial, single space (autoleading).Tables and Figures must be included in the text. Please define abbreviations at their first occurrence and avoid using them in title.

- numbered in alphabetical order, it is necessary to mention the authors names and initials, title of article, title of journal, year of publication, volume, first and last pages. In case of books: author(s), title of book (or title of caption, pages of caption followed by title), edition, publisher and location, year of publication.
- in brackets (name of the author, year of publication; names of authors in case of 2 persons, year of publication; name of the first author et al., in case of more persons, year of publication)
